Mr. Poli became a branch manager of an international tax preparation firm in 1991, the youngest in the history of the firm to hold this position. Prior to that he was employed as a consultant by a Real Estate Syndicator of Shopping Centres. Stirling Bond is still active in the field of wealth accumulation and management. In December 1999, Mr. Poli and Mrs. Fitzgerald were sole shareholders of the General Partner of a Limited Partnership formed to secure interests in certain oil and gas exploration and development opportunities by means of a unique technology and the technical expertise of Mr. Jim Durward. The Limited Partnership units were converted to shares in a company that subsequently became a publicly traded company (Unitech Energy Resources Inc). A number of well known oilmen became majority shareholders of that company. Currently, Mrs. Fitzgerald and Mr. Poli own or have interest in multiple properties in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Some of the properties are self-managed while others are in rental pools managed by professional managers.

Seann T. Poli is experienced in real estate syndications, tax reduction strategies and venture capital. His education includes the disciplines of accounting, tax and architecture. Mr. Poli has successfully completed the Canadian securities course, Exempt Market Products course, is licensed as a Life, and Accident and Sickness, insurance agent and is a CCIM designate.
