The Limited Partnership units were converted to shares in a company that subsequently became a publicly traded company (Unitech Energy Resources Inc). A number of well known oilmen became majority shareholders of that company.

Currently, Mrs. Fitzgerald and Mr. Poli own or have interest in multiple properties in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Some of the properties are self-managed while others are in rental pools managed by professional managers.
