Stirling Properties is a private Alberta Company that specializes in acquisition, management and adding value to multi-family complexes in growth markets with tight vacancy rates.

Stirling finds, negotiates, purchases and manages a carefully selected pool of rental properties. You get our research, the negotiating skills of a proven team, our management skills and our expertise and experience to properly prepare a property for maximum returns.

We help both average and sophisticated investors by providing a low-risk asset that has a large potential for growth.

Our property assessment strategy looks at three profit centers:

  1. Property appreciation - conservatively 5% annually which equates to at least 25% cash on cash
  2. Principal reduction - mortgage pay down
  3. Positive cash flow - after all expenses – paid quarterly
  4. Making real estate ownership easy, profitable and fun!

Our stated corporate goals are:

  • 20-25% average annual return with quarterly positive cash flow for a total of 100% to 125% in 4 to 5 years
  • Your initial cash flow payments are tax free until you recoup 100% of your investment
  • Further capital appreciation through condo converting in 2-3 years when the residential lending situation settles down
  • Low management fees and the lowest profit split at only 30%.  That means that our investors get to keep 70% of the profit instead of the typical 50-50 split.
  • Target duration of investment from 4 to 5 years
And our philosophy is to run a lean and efficient company with a profitable bottom line by outsourcing the jobs that have to be done like property management, on-site caretakers, professional advisors and others to help us meet our goals.
