Report from Seann Poli:

Well we won the lawsuit!!!!  Unfortunately we didn't win as much as I had hoped.  Since Stuart Palace is the man in charge, it was up to him to negotiate what the partnership is going to do.  Stuart and I were sequestered away in a law office and spent hours upon hours for days mulling through thousands of pages of information compiling our argument.  We found holes in the Defense's arguments and found additional proof of ours.  I thought we worked well together.

I was told that the jury went into the board and basically came right back out again in no time and gave the verdict in favour of The Plaintiff (our side).

Since the lawsuit, I have bumped into Rene and had a very nice visit.  She is working with a new company and really enjoying it and I wish her well.  Stuart and I have not had much contact but I know he is busy working on new projects and I wish him well also.
