Our sound investment philosophy.

The research team at Stirling Properties knows all about due diligence. We don't go into an investment without a thorough investigation of the property, the market, the numbers (rent rolls, vacancy rates, costs needed to bring the property up to our standards, etc.).

We look for strong potential most of all. We're confident our management system will help you to profit from our decisions.

We team with top-notch tax specialists, attorneys with cross-border experience and other professionals to get the very best advice for our investments. That translates into maximum profits for our investors.

We run a frugal operation. You won't see any pre-launch parties costing thousands of dollars. Our goal is to give our investors maximum returns for their dollar.

If we a running a project, we charge the lowest MER's in the industry at 1% per annum. Our profit split is the best in the industry – investors get 70% after all expenses are paid out.

If we are acting as an agent for another developer then we get paid from them; we will not be       adding an extra expense to your investing program.
